| Delivery Delivery within the UK is £6.00 and outside the UK £35.00. VAT will only be included for deliveries to EU countries All orders will be despatched from the UK using fast and cost effective methods, ensuring the efficient delivery of your order. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery especially when ordering from overseas. Many of our items are hand made in small batches and occasionally there may be a delay before we can ship your order. If this is the case we will notify you. We will deliver anywhere in the world unless our shippers are unable to reach you because of unusual circumstances. We will advise you of any problems if this is the case. How to Pay We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Solo, Delta & Switch. For your protection, all credit card transactions are routed through our secure server. Any information sent to us is encrypted, rendering it impossible for a third party to see your details. All our sales are in GB Pounds Sterling (£). Currency conversion prices are for guidance only. The actual cost to you will be the £ Sterling charge to your credit / charge card converted to your local currency by your card provider on the day that your account is charged. If you decide you don't want the product when you get it, please return it to us within 14 days (in saleable condition) and we will refund your money. or the goods were faulty, your refund will be exclusive of delivery
charges. In the event of faulty or damaged goods, reasonable postage
costs incurred in the return, as well as the original delivery
charges will be refunded on proof of the cost of return carriage.
